The Hoods are a gang that appear in Manhunt.
The Hoods are a gang made up of criminals and off-duty cops. They are usually seen with bags and masks over their heads. The main reason for them being in the hunt is for the money and for the fun of being involved in violent acts that they usually couldn't do on-duty as a cop. The first person Cash must kill in Manhunt is a Hoods gangmember. They are more of a Thug type gang. They wear really cheap, low class clothing. They appear in the missions Born Again, Doorway into Hell, Road to Ruin, Brawl Game and Time 2 Die. Their weapons of choice are the Blackjack, the Crowbar and the Wooden Bat.

- At the police station in Las Venturas, there are several wanted posters after a few Hoods thugs.
- In GTA VCS, there's a Hood outfit that Victor Vance can wear.
- Some of the Hoods members wear jackets that read "Furies". A probable reference to the 1979 film The Warriors, as this film was also turned into a PS2 game by Rockstar in 2006.
