The Dixmor Inmates are a bunch of mentally insane hunters that appear in Manhunt 2.

The Dixmor Inmates are failed test subjects for the The Project. They are seen around the asylum either behaving abnormal or yelling and screaming random things. Daniel will encounter some inmates that he has to kill throughout the asylum, In a scene where Daniel goes in an elevator, the inmates are seen beating the Asylum Orderlies and then seeing the inmates getting beat by the Orderlies. When a power outage occurs at the asylum, the inmates escape, run around, and cause problems for Danny and The Project. They only appear in the mission Awakening and don't really appear to have an actual weapon of choice except for their fists.

Trivia

• According to audio files, there were originally female inmates not found in the retail version. Instead of the project victim being tortured in the dentist chair room, it was originally a female inmate.
• The Wii version has an inmate in a straitjacket running into the wall, before Danny gets into the elevator, in place of the Legion member.
